How do we operate
- Our first contact is made by phone or whatsapp once our clients find us on our social media, website or any other recommendation from previous patients. Our trained team is specialised to customer approach bringing the highest hospitality standards and customising the approach as much as possible, considering important aspects of our clients like special needs or preferences for parking vacancies for example.
- At the clinic, once again our hospitality team makes sure the patient is called by their name and properly hosted and comforted at the check-in. Any charges are made at this point and while wait, our patients are able to go on a walk-trough guided by one of our team and meet all the features of the clinic.
3. The specialist will meet the patient at the waiting room calling them by the name and once at the office make them comfortable before the enquire starts. You may be asked how you are feeling at the day of your service, once we believe your personal concerns influence in your health status and it makes difference for us.
4. Our approach is complex and customised and it takes as basis all the aspects about the patient’s story, health records, special conditions, important medication, surgeries story, prior treatments, family health issues and many more relevant concerns. Then we have clinic examination composed by tests and body examination that may complete the analysis and brings to our team a clearer specific view and objective to the treatment. Finally our specialist may ask you for support exams like prior image diagnosis like X-ray, MRI or any other supporting exam when necessary.
